BNP Paribas Real Estate has appointed hotel expert Artyom Perevedentsev to its International Investment Group (IIG) to address the growing demand for cross border opportunities in this fast evolving hotel market. Fluent in six languages, Artyom is based in London and brings high-level experience in the hospitality sector.
Artyom has a very significant experience in the hotel market, which continues to grow and diversify, with an international exposure that will be of immense benefit to our European Capital Markets knowledge and capabilities. He will play a key role in the company's Capital Markets growth, as well as building a strong investor coverage at a Pan European level. Artyom’s role will be to work with our country teams across Europe in order to identify and connect global investors with the right opportunities.

Artyom Perevedentsev, 33 years old, has a Master of Arts in Economics from Maxwell School, Syracuse University, New York. Before joining BNP Paribas Real Estate, he worked for Eastdil Secured LLC (Hotel M&A Advisory EMEA), Yotel Ltd. (Manager, Business Development EMEA, of Starwood Capital-backed hotel fund and operator), Black Sand Investments JSC (Advisor to the Board of a Bulgarian and Austrian hotel/real estate investor) and UniCredit Group (Analyst - Corporate Structured Finance CEE).
