Camaïeu to stay at Bitwy Warszawskiej street for longer

The Polish division of the renowned French brand has extended its existing lease for nearly 300 sqm of office space in the Bitwy Warszawskiej Business Center office building from the property portfolio owned by CA Immo. Małgorzata Małecka and Magdalena Żochowska from the Office Agency Department at BNP Paribas Real Estate Poland supported CAMAÏEU in the lease term renegotiation process.

The decision made by CAMAÏEU to remain in the existing location is of strategic importance for the company. Naturally, other scenarios and locations had been taken into consideration during the search for the best possible solution; however, in the end the strong arguments presented by the landlord in the form of the financial terms, duration of the new contract and additional incentives offered, prevailed

Małgorzata Małecka, Consultant, Office Agency Department, BNP Paribas Real Estate Poland

We made the decision to extend our existing lease for the office building at Bitwy Warszawskiej due to its location, convenient access to public transport and proven working conditions. This office is tailored to our needs and will provide us with the right conditions to pursue dynamic, yet sustainable, growth.

Pierre Comet, Managing Partner, MOREORLESS

At the moment the company is in the process of introducing some structural changes that have a direct impact on our needs relating to office space. Having the changes occurring at the moment in mind, we wanted to avoid a search for a new location that could possibly take as long as several months. Thanks to our collaboration with the consultants from BNP Paribas Real Estate Poland we were able to remain in our existing location and we can now fully focus on strengthening our brand’s position on the market.

Katarzyna Walendzik, Dyrektor Generalna, Camaïeu

Bitwy Warszawskiej Business Center is a 7-storey A class office building offering more than 20 000 sqm of leasable space. The location’s assets are the convenient access to public transport and the direct proximity to the city’s key thoroughfares. The complex located in Warsaw’s Ochota, between Aleje Jerozolimskie and ulica Grójecka, comprises 3 sections with individual entrances. There are 450 parking spaces provided for the use of those working in the building and visitors.

We are extremely pleased with the fact that CAMAÏEU have renegotiated their lease for space in our building. We see it as a vote of confidence and an affirmation that our property at ulica Bitwy Warszawskiej still meets our tenants expectations

Andrzej Mikołajczyk, Managing Director for the Polish division of CA Immo

Warsaw is one of the key markets for CA Immo, where the property portfolio owned by the company includes A class buildings located mainly within the CBD, which includes properties such as Warsaw Towers and Warsaw Spire B Building.
