ECC Real Estate moves to the Topaz office building

The new office of the developer ECC Real Estate will occupy a space of approximately 370 sqm. The complex comprising the Topaz and Nefryt office buildings is located in Mokotów’s business centre at ulica Domaniewska 39. BNP Paribas Real Estate Poland consultants assisted the tenant in the search for the new office.

ECC Real Estate has been present on the Polish market for more than 25 years. At the moment it is in the process of developing the Nowa Stacja scheme in Pruszków. It will be the first full-scale retail centre in the South West region of the Warsaw agglomeration, where the date to open its doors to visitors is set for Q4 this year. The company’s old office was located in a luxury apartment building at Puławska 111 developed by ECC Real Estate.

Topaz attracted the attention of ECC Real Estate for a number for reasons. On the one hand there is the location in Mokotów’s business centre, a good choice of restaurants in the area and the proximity to public transport, while on the other hand there are the technical solutions applied and the building’s excellent reputation. The design, drawn up by JEMS Architekci, is a testimony to the fact that carefully thought out and skilfully designed schemes do not have to be destined to decline over time

Topaz is one of only few Polish schemes to be featured in Phaidon Atlas of 21st Century Architecture, a compendium of 1000 buildings representing the world’s best architecture.
