DS Smith Polska, one of the leading players on the European corrugated packaging market, will occupy more than 3 500 sqm of space in Panattoni’s latest scheme in the region. BNP Paribas Real Estate Poland experts advised the client on selection of the location and throughout the transaction process.

In the new location DS Smith is to take up more than 3 000 sqm of modern warehouse and manufacturing space, as well as approx. 400 sqm of office space.

The latest, i.e. fourth, phase of the Panattoni logistics and warehouse scheme in Skawina located just 10 km from Lesser Poland’s capital city offers 33 000 sqm of modern warehouse space. The park has been design to accommodate the various logistics and distribution operations of businesses from different sectors, including publishing, logistics and the food industry. Panattoni Park Kraków IV is located at a distance of less than 800 m from the junction of the S7 (E77) and A4 (E40) motorways. The strategic location offers a quick connection to Kraków, Wrocław, Silesia and Germany. An additional positive feature of the scheme is the convenient access to public transport infrastructure which guarantees an easy commute for the park’s employees.

One of the leading online e-commerce players, offering in excess of 250 000 products from more than a thousand different brands, will take up 32 500 sqm of space in the P3 Błonie logistics park near Warsaw. BNP Paribas Real Estate Poland advisors supported the company on an exclusivity basis in the search for a suitable location and throughout the lease process. The transaction brought the share of lease transactions finalized by the agency in the total number of transactions completed on Warsaw’s market to 52%, thus putting BNP Paribas Real Estate Poland in the position of regional leader. The total volume of space leased with the involvement of the Logistics and Industrial Department in Q3 only has increased to 120 000 sqm.
Szczecin conquers the Q3 industrial and warehouse market 


After the first three quarters of 2017 the warehouse market continues to be the fastest and most dynamically growing commercial property sector in Poland. According to the latest At a Glance. Industrial and warehouse market in Poland, Q3 2017 report by BNP Paribas Real Estate Poland, since the beginning of the year the total volume of modern warehouse space has increased by 13.6%. Q3 was dominated by Szczecin with the completion and delivery of the country’s largest warehouse scheme: Panattoni BTS Amazon Szczecin, with the area in excess of  161 000 sqm.
