The growth of our business in Poland led to increased demand for warehouse space. We were looking for a new scheme that would have the capacity to handle the operations of the entire online store. Our close collaboration with BNP Paribas Real Estate Poland enabled us to choose the best option to facilitate further dynamic growth of our organization. It additionally meant that the entire process was carried out in an extremely efficient manner with a focus on the merits of the project, from an analysis of our needs and potential locations through to support in lease negotiations. As a result, we were able to proceed with the change of location within the timeframe set by us
Tomasz Habigier, Operations Manager at eMAG
We are actively monitoring the direction in which the market is expanding, and are planning our growth in a way that would enable us to best address the needs of clients and the projects that we are involved in. We are investing in people and skills in Poland and the Czech Republic, where over the past few months we have succeeded in establishing a strong team. Our support for eMAG in the search for and move to the new location will enable the company to further grow on the market. The key focus points in the project were coherent collaboration, analysis of needs, potential locations and the growth directions for an organization operating within the rapidly developing, and thus highly competitive, e-commerce sector
