First Cosentino warehouse location in Poland

Cosentino, a company with Spanish roots and headquartered in Almeria, who produce top quality kitchen and bathrooms surfaces available on more than 80 markets worldwide, has taken up more than 3 200 sqm of warehouse space as well as 250 sqm of office and staff rest and refreshment space in Hillwood & PHN Pruszków. Experts at BNP Paribas Real Estate Poland advised Cosentino on analysis and selection of the most suitable space and negotiation of lease terms.

Hillwood & PHN Pruszków is a top quality warehouse centre located in Parzniew, merely 3 km from the Pruszków A2 motorway junction. The distance between the complex and Warsaw is 20 km. Due to its location, the scheme has excellent access to the main transportation routes: the A2 motorway linking Warsaw, Poznań and Berlin, and the S8/S2 Warsaw ring road. There is a PKP railway stop for the Warsaw – Grodzisk line located in close vicinity to the park. The scheme itself comprises 6 buildings with the total area of 85 000 sqm located on a 22 hectare site. The complex is being developed in partnership with Polski Holding Nieruchomości.

BNP Paribas Real Estate Poland with the largest lease transaction on Warsaw's warehouse market

One of the leading online e-commerce players, offering in excess of 250 000 products from more than a thousand different brands, will take up 32 500 sqm of space in the P3 Błonie logistics park near Warsaw. BNP Paribas Real Estate Poland advisors supported the company on an exclusivity basis in the search for a suitable location and throughout the lease process. The transaction brought the share of lease transactions finalized by the agency in the total number of transactions completed on Warsaw’s market to 52%, thus putting BNP Paribas Real Estate Poland in the position of regional leader. The total volume of space leased with the involvement of the Logistics and Industrial Department in Q3 only has increased to 120 000 sqm.
Szczecin conquers the Q3 industrial and warehouse market

After the first three quarters of 2017 the warehouse market continues to be the fastest and most dynamically growing commercial property sector in Poland. According to the latest At a Glance. Industrial and warehouse market in Poland, Q3 2017 report by BNP Paribas Real Estate Poland, since the beginning of the year the total volume of modern warehouse space has increased by 13.6%. Q3 was dominated by Szczecin with the completion and delivery of the country’s largest warehouse scheme: Panattoni BTS Amazon Szczecin, with the area in excess of  161 000 sqm.
Frigo Logistics and Longway Polska sign leases for Masovia

A logistics operator specializing in distribution of deep-frozen goods has leased nearly 1 200 sqm of deep-frozen warehousing space and 150 sqm of office space in the P3 Błonie logistics park. In turn, Longway Poland, the owner of the popular bicycle brand Karbon, has gone for Pruszkowskie Centrum Dystrybucyjne, where it will be taking up more than 1 400 sqm of warehouse space and 300 sqm of office and staff rest and refreshment space. Both of the above transactions were completed with the support of consultants from the Industrial and Logistics Department at BNP Paribas Real Estate Poland.
Impressive results in Poznań and Szczecin – Polish industrial and warehouse market

In the first half of 2017 the warehouse market was unquestionably the fastest growing commercial property sector in Poland. The highest volume of industrial and warehouse space was delivered to the market around Poznań, i.e. 133,000 sqm, while the largest scheme of 161,000 sqm is currently under construction in Szczecin. The record numbers in respect of the schemes delivered to the market are not discouraging developers from commencing new projects.
