BNP Paribas Real Estate introduces tenants to Błonie


The international advisory BNP Paribas Real Estate Poland supported Panalpina and Orbico Beauty in the selection process in respect of a new warehouse and office location. The two companies will join the ranks of tenants at Prologis Park Błonie. The above are two further transactions completed in QI 2017 and coordinated by the industrial and logistics department of the agency.

The new Panalpina branch will be taking up nearly 5 000 sqm of warehouse space in the logistics park located in Błonie near Warsaw. The new location constitutes an element of a strategy for dynamic growth of the company within the Warsaw agglomeration. Panalpina is a global company specializing in provision of end-to-end supply chain solutions. Its more than 500 offices are located in 70 countries across the globe.

The opening of another warehouse in Poland fits in with our strategy of offering end-to-end services with the use of Panalpina’s global reach. The warehouse in Błonie will be geared mainly towards projects that require collation from sectors such as fashion, retail and hi-tech. We expect that within a year the surface required for our operations will increase up to approximately 10 000 sqm.

The other new tenant at Prologis Park Błonie is Orbico Beauty, a company active on the luxurious cosmetics and footwear distribution market. The company’s portfolio includes brands such as Chanel, Clarins and Matis, as well as fashion brands that include Carlton, Converse and Havaianas. In the logistics park in Błonie Orbico Beauty will be taking up more than 4 500 sqm of modern warehouse space and 300 sqm of office and staff facilities space.

The excellent location merely twenty or so kilometres to the west of Warsaw’s centre as well as the high standard of this suburban park and top quality of management are the arguments that tipped the scales in favour of this scheme for Panalpina and Orbico Beauty. Prologis Park Błonie is a property that provides serious opportunities for growth of operations within the Warsaw agglomeration.

In July last year BNP Paribas Real Estate Poland, acting as the exclusive agent, introduced to the logistics park in Błonie one of the key players on the e-commerce market, i.e. Allegro Group. The company made the decision to lease more than 22 000 sqm within the complex which offers 152 000 sqm in seven buildings.

Industrial and warehouse market in Poland, Q3 2017 report by BNP Paribas Real Estate Poland, since the beginning of the year the total volume of modern warehouse space has increased by 13.6%. Q3 was dominated by Szczecin with the completion and delivery of the country’s largest warehouse scheme: Panattoni BTS Amazon Szczecin, with the area in excess of  161 000 sqm.
Frigo Logistics and Longway Polska sign leases for Masovia


A logistics operator specializing in distribution of deep-frozen goods has leased nearly 1 200 sqm of deep-frozen warehousing space and 150 sqm of office space in the P3 Błonie logistics park. In turn, Longway Poland, the owner of the popular bicycle brand Karbon, has gone for Pruszkowskie Centrum Dystrybucyjne, where it will be taking up more than 1 400 sqm of warehouse space and 300 sqm of office and staff rest and refreshment space. Both of the above transactions were completed with the support of consultants from the Industrial and Logistics Department at BNP Paribas Real Estate Poland.

Cosentino, a company with Spanish roots and headquartered in Almeria, who produce top quality kitchen and bathrooms surfaces available on more than 80 markets worldwide, has taken up more than 3 200 sqm of warehouse space as well as 250 sqm of office and staff rest and refreshment space in Hillwood & PHN Pruszków. Experts at BNP Paribas Real Estate Poland advised Cosentino on analysis and selection of the most suitable space and negotiation of lease terms.
