The international real estate consultancy led the industrial and office lease transactions for L`ISOLANTE K-FLEX and AGS Warsaw. The new tenants chose schemes located close to Stryków and on the Warsaw market.  

K-Flex at a motorway junction

L`ISOLANTE K-Flex, the Italian company specializing in the manufacture of foam rubber products for thermal and acoustic insulation, became a new tenant at the Logicor Stryków logistics park. The company will occupy 10 300 sqm of modern class A warehouse space and nearly 500 sqm of office space in the complex located in the vicinity of the A1 and A2 motorway junction.

Our collaboration with K-Flex was aimed at finding space that would meet not only the location criterion, i.e. Central Poland, but also the one regarding practically immediate availability. The scheme of choice was Logicor Stryków where the company commenced its operations within only a few weeks from the moment of starting the search. A vital argument for this particular complex was its location which offers excellent conditions for distribution throughout Poland and Central and Eastern Europe

The warehouse and office complex near Stryków comprises three buildings and offers more than 100 000 sqm of class A space.

International removals company in Piaseczno

AGS Warsaw, a company specializing in domestic and international removals as part of the global AGS Group, will occupy 700 sqm of industrial space and nearly 100 sqm of office and staff facilities space in the Celtic Park Piaseczno logistics centre. The owner of the modern scheme offering 25 000 sqm of space is Celtic Property. A natural asset that the centre capitalizes on is the convenient access to Warsaw.

The key quality when looking for a new depot, due to the relocation costs, was close proximity to the old warehouse and availability of a unit tailored to our requirements. We decided to go with Celtic Property as both the building’s technical standard and the location meet our business needs. Our cooperation with BNP Paribas Real Estate made it possible to successfully finalize the entire process of searching for a new location

Impressive results in Poznań and Szczecin – Polish industrial and warehouse market

In the first half of 2017 the warehouse market was unquestionably the fastest growing commercial property sector in Poland. The highest volume of industrial and warehouse space was delivered to the market around Poznań, i.e. 133,000 sqm, while the largest scheme of 161,000 sqm is currently under construction in Szczecin. The record numbers in respect of the schemes delivered to the market are not discouraging developers from commencing new projects.
