New leases in the diamond office building

Ray Allen, a company operating on the technology and IT services market, made the decision to lease nearly 500 sqm of office space in the Diamante Plaza office building located in Kraków’s Zabłocie.

This is the third lease, coming after a new contract concluded with the BoConcept store and a lease extension concluded with one of the existing tenants, signed for this A class scheme in Q2 2018. BNP Paribas Real Estate Poland, as the exclusive agent, is responsible for the re-letting of Diamante Plaza.

Diamante Plaza is built on solid foundations: suitable positioning, high standard of finish, its location and a number of modifications introduced to improve the working conditions and increase the enjoyment of those using the building. On the one hand, they attract new tenants, while on the other hand, they make it easy for the existing tenants to take the decision to remain in the building located in Kraków’s Zabłocie.
