Asstra Polska expands in The Park Warsaw office building

Opublikowany

The Polish division of the international logistics company Asstra Forwarding AG expanded its existing office by 300 sqm. The total area of Asstra Polska headquarters at ul. Krakowiaków now stands at more than 1 600 sqm. BNP Paribas Real Estate Poland supported the logistics provider during the transaction.

The decision to expand the office stems from the particularly dynamic growth of the company. Only 16 months ago Asstra Polska took the decision to find new headquarters, which resulted in a move to the third floor of a newly built office building comprising The Park Warsaw complex. Experts from the Office Agency Department at BNP Paribas Real Estate Poland advised the company during both transactions.

The taking up of additional space by Asstra Polska sends a clear message that last year’s decision to move the location of the company’s headquarters to ul. Krakowiaków proved to be shrewd

The developer behind The Park Warsaw office campus is White Star Real Estate Group. The complex is located at the ring road linking Aleje Jerozolimskie to the Mokotów office and business centre. Ultimately, the campus is to be composed of 10 class A office buildings with the total area of 110 000 sqm. At the end of Q1 2017 The Park Warsaw succeeded in securing long-term financing in the amount of 105 million euro allotted for construction of the now finished buildings 3 and 4 and to completion of buildings 5 and 6. The developer now announced that the next stage to follow completion of the abovementioned office buildings will include work on the campus’s central courtyard and introduction of new amenities for tenants to make the complex more attractive for future occupiers.
