Ekol Logistics decided to continue its cooperation with REINO IO Logistics by extending the lease of warehouse space in Poznan, Koninek.
Further growth of Ekol Logistic within the project provides personal satisfaction with the joint business relationships we develop and is an example of the confidence that tenants of the logistic parks we manage in Poland put into us.
says Robert Szafarz, Leasing Manager, Reino IO Logistics
For several years, we have been robustly developing warehouse and e-commerce services in Poland. Over the last five years, we have increased our customers' warehouse space tenfold. Developing contact logistics will be our top priority for the next years. We are pleased that customers want to work with us because we offer solutions that meet their needs. Having our own WMS gives us a great deal of flexibility. The Research and Development Department makes it feasible, as it constantly builds this program up. We plan to intensify works on process automation in the warehouse and to implement even more state-of-the-art IT solutions.
says Arkadiusz Jastrzębski, Country Manager, Poland.
Due to the existing, strong business relationship between the Tenant and the Landlord, and the significant modernisation of both the facility and its location, the cooperation in regard to the Logistic Park in Koninek should continue as the best course of action for Ekol Logistics. We are pleased that, as part of our advisory services, we have the a part of the constantly developing and growing cooperation.
says Klaudia Biedrzycka, Senior Consultant in the Industrial and Logistics Department, BNP Paribas Real Estate Poland.
