BNP Paribas Real Estate Romania advances with the lease of Hexagon Offices in Cluj-Napoca

BNP Paribas Real Estate Romania, Exclusive Leasing Agent of Hexagon Offices, from Cluj-Napoca has commercialized 80% of the building.

Hexagon Offices, an A Class office building located in Cluj-Napoca, Calea Turzii 178K, has reached almost 80% occupancy rate. A number of leases have already been signed while several are in advanced stages of negotiations and are expected to be signed in March 2020. Hexagon Offices was developed by KÉSZ International, which added ca 21,600 sqm to Cluj Napoca’s modern office space which meets the highest market standards.

The leasing process is advancing very well. With the support of the owners, specialized on-line as well as off-line marketing campaigns and our on-site Property Management team, we reached the targets agreed with our partners, KÉSZ International, at the signage of the Exclusive Landlord Representation Agreement. Through our actions we aimed to secure for Hexagon Offices a strong tenant mix which will benefit the Landlord as well as our Property Management team which is responsible for the running of the building at the best parameters. So far leases were secured with UMT GG Software, Morphoza, Beck et al., Fortech just to list few.

In March 2019 BNP Paribas Real Estate has been entrusted by KÉSZ International Romania with two mandates for Hexagon Offices, Property Management and Landlord Representation Services.

Cluj-Napoca has a great real estate potential, proven by the growth of modern stock as well as confirmed interest of investors which recently acquired institutional grade assets, such as The Office, Liberty Technology Park, Olimpia Business Center to name a few
