Bird, a leading company in the market for eco-efficient transport, is conquering another Polish city. Over 100 electric scooters are already available in the capital of the Małopolska voivodeship. For the purposes of its activity, the American manufacturer has moved into Łęgprzem production and storage hall in Kraków. The lease transaction was finalized with the support of experts from the Industrial and Logistics Department at BNP Paribas Real Estate Poland.
The client commissioned us to find a location that would meet their requirements with respect to daily e-scooter inspections and convenient connection to key locations in the city. Łępgrzem is located in the south-eastern part of Kraków, in the Czyżyny Łęg district and provides very good access for heavy transport and convenient transport links with the system of city bypasses, including the A4 motorway and the city centre
Aleksander Kobyliński, Junior Consultant, Industrial and Logistics Agency, BNP Paribas Real Estate Poland, who was responsible for the transaction together with Tomasz Gnich.
It would be impossible to find a space that would meet our high expectations and be available immediately without the support of the experts from BNP Paribas Real Estate Poland. Aleksander Kobyliński stood up to the task and found the premises we needed in a very short time. Additionally, the experts guided us through the negotiation process, were helpful and objective in every situation. We appreciate their knowledge and professionalism. Now we can focus on developing our project in the southern part of Poland
