Podium Park, the office complex in Kraków, has been sold to the Globalworth fund.
Experts from the Capital Markets Department at BNP Paribas Real Estate Poland advised the seller and developer on the sale transaction worth around EUR 134 million.
We are glad to have been able to support the owner and developer of Podium Park in the sale process – from the project valuation, negotiations with investors, due diligence to signing the transaction documentation. The transaction, due to its complex nature resulting from the size of the project, the structure of the transaction and the fact that some buildings are still under construction, is certainly unique as far as the commercial property market in Poland is concerned.

The implemented environmental protection solutions and unique technologies make it one of the most ecological and modern office projects in Poland, which is confirmed by the fact that it has two BREEAM certificates at the highest possible level 'Outstanding'. It also offers the possibility of renting electric cars, bicycles and scooters, 36 car charging stations (which is a Polish record) and facades made in line with requirements which will become effective as of 2021. Its advantages are evidenced by the great interest in buildings, even those not yet put into use, especially on the part of companies from the IT and fintech sectors.
