Igor Roguski has more than 20 years of logistics experience gained while working for companies such as FM Logistic, DHL and Wincanton. In his career, he supervised teams responsible for business development, key account management and operations management. The knowledge and skills attained in the past gives the new Head of Industrial and Logistics Department an exceptional insight into and understanding of the challenges faced by clients from the warehousing and manufacturing sector. His expertise in the field of logistics advisory will add value for tenants seeking comprehensive support in the industrial leasing process.

Acquiring a manager as experienced as Igor represents another step taken towards further intensive growth of BNP Paribas Real Estate in the region. His many years of working for several companies operating across different market sectors provided him with unique knowledge that enables him to thoroughly understand client needs and expectations. His expertise gives him the ability to advise clients in the search for suitable warehouse space based on a given logistics strategy and workforce availability, as well as support them during the process of fitting their selected space with the required infrastructure. Directly prior to taking up his new role with BNP Paribas Real Estate, Igor held the position of Business Development Manager at Panalpina Polska. His main responsibilities included development of the company’s logistics operations across Poland’s regions with strategic importance for growth of the business. He was in charge of establishing and launching new warehouse operations as regards negotiating lease terms with landlords and effecting capital investments within the space leased.

Central and Eastern Europe is one of the most challenging markets, while at the same time it is growing the fastest in terms of warehouse space and the logistics sector as a whole. This represents a significant challenge and is an inspiration to follow emerging and changing trends and observe development of new technologies and the solutions provided by them. The professional path taken by me so far has taught me to identify and respond to the needs of the most demanding clients, which will without doubt help me perform in my new role. Another advantage as far as my position with BNP Paribas Real Estate is concerned will be my extensive knowledge of the specific nature of a broad spectrum of industries in which the companies looking for warehousing and manufacturing space operate.
