A Polish division of a global company from the highly specialized IT services sector is to move into the new office building in Warsaw’s Mokotów. Evernex is to lease approx. 300 sqm of class A space at Bobrowiecka 8. BNP Paribas Real Estate Poland consultants have represented the tenant during the transaction.
The decision to go to Bobrowiecka 8 was made based on more than the building’s standard, location and the financial terms of the lease. An essential factor here was the opportunity to design a brand new office that would fully utilize the potential of the space available. We have carried out consultations engaging the client’s overseas board that ultimately played a major role in the entire process, and in the end succeeded in creating a design for a comfortable and efficient contemporary workplace
