MBB Logistics, the supplier of extensive fulfilment services for the e-commerce industry, is about to move to the Exeter Park Słubice in a logistics park. It will have approximately 15 000 sqm of modern warehouse and office space to create good conditions for each task and operation. Experts from the Industrial and Logistics Department, BNP Paribas Real Estate, supported the client – in operating at the European level, in finding new location and during lease negotiations.
Our logistics centre represents a great solution for companies where the quick and convenient distribution of goods goes across both the domestic and the international market is at stake. We are pleased to have MBB Logistics as one of our tenants. We assure that we look at a long-term productive collaboration here at Exeter Park Słubice, where the location and technical standard of our facility will support further dynamical growth of MBB Logistics
Waldemar Grabka, Investment Officer, Exeter Property Group
This project continues strong Exeter Property Group presence in Western Poland. Due to strong tenants’ interest especially from light industrial, e-commerce and logistics companies we are starting development of new A-class warehouse parks: Exeter Park Świebodzin of 120 000 sq m and Exeter Park Szczecin II of 80 000 sqm.
Katarzyna Pyś-Fabiańczyk, Director, Leasing & Development CEE, Exeter Property Group
Our move to Exeter Park Słubice will enable us to deliver goods from Poland to the Western Europe within the possibly shortest time. We have been noticed the growing and significant interest in the services we offer at present time, which is why we made the decision to look for a new warehouse space to fulfil the extra orders from our clients
Gao Song, Chief Executive Officer, MBB Logistics
We were aware of the fact that finding the optimal warehouse was of strategic importance for the further intensive growth of MBB Logistics on the fulfilment services for the e-commerce industry market. The proximity of the border and key transport routes is a significant advantage which enables effective implementation of the growth strategy adopted by the company. We are pleased that the flexible approach of both parties made it possible to successfully conclude negotiations and enter into a lease for the new location
