Camaïeu to stay at Bitwy Warszawskiej street for longer

The Polish division of the renowned French brand has extended its existing lease for nearly 300 sqm of office space in the Bitwy Warszawskiej Business Center office building from the property portfolio owned by CA Immo. Małgorzata Małecka and Magdalena Żochowska from the Office Agency Department at BNP Paribas Real Estate Poland supported CAMAÏEU in the lease term renegotiation process.

The decision made by CAMAÏEU to remain in the existing location is of strategic importance for the company. Naturally, other scenarios and locations had been taken into consideration during the search for the best possible solution; however, in the end the strong arguments presented by the landlord in the form of the financial terms, duration of the new contract and additional incentives offered, prevailed

The location’s assets are the convenient access to public transport and the direct proximity to the city’s key thoroughfares. The complex located in Warsaw’s Ochota, between Aleje Jerozolimskie and ulica Grójecka, comprises 3 sections with individual entrances. There are 450 parking spaces provided for the use of those working in the building and visitors.
