OTCF, owner of 4F, extended the lease agreement for almost 3000 sqm in Diamante Plaza in Kraków. BNP Paribas Real Estate Poland, which is an exclusive agent and property manager of the office building, acted as an intermediary in signing the agreement.
The lease agreement involves nearly 3000 sqm of office space, meeting the highest international standards. Diamante Plaza features state-of-the-art technological solutions, which influence its attractiveness and the unflagging interest of tenants.
OTCF is not the only company that has recently decided to extend its lease in Diamante Plaza. Two other existing tenants have signed agreements for a total of 640 sqm. Currently, talks are underway on further lease extensions.

BNP Paribas Real Estate Poland has been the exclusive agent of Diamante Plaza since August 2017. The process of recommercialisation of class-A office space in the entire building was successful.
