The end of the first quarter in the Property Management Department was marked by a total of 7 recorded promotions. The key ones include the appointment of Michał Pszkit to the position of Head of Property Management, Adam Jaczyński to the position of Finance Director and Anna Muszyńska-Gniado to the position of Marketing Director. Nearly half a million square meters of modern office space was delivered to the office market in the key regional cities in 2016. The leader’s position was retained by Lesser Poland’s capital, followed by, amongst others, Wrocław and the Tri-City. According to the latest report entitled At a Glance – Office Market in Warsaw (Q4 2016), the supply of office space in Warsaw at the end of last year exceeded 5.18 million sqm, where in 2016 only the stock increased by 410 000 sqm. BNP Paribas Real Estate Poland experts signal that 650 000 sqm under construction and more than a million of square meters of additional pipeline projects constitute a vital argument for tenants either searching for new locations or planning to renegotiate their leases.

According to the latest report entitled At a Glance – Industrial (Q4 2016), the last quarter of the previous year on the warehouse and logistics market was marked by continuously high demand, which yet again crossed the one million sqm threshold in Q4 only and for the entire year achieved a total result of 3.29 million sqm. At the end of 2016 the total stock of logistics and warehouse space in Poland stood at 11,181,000 sqm, which means an increase in supply by 12.8% y-o-y.
