BNP Paribas Real Estate has been mandated by IMMOFINANZ to provide property management services as of January 2019 in respect of approximately 160 000 sqm of the Hungarian office portfolio owned by IMMOFINANZ.
The mandate includes the ‘A’ class myhive Atrium Park, myhive Thirteen (Globe 13 and Xenter 13), myhive Haller Gardens and Office Campus office buildings, along with 5 other office properties that have been managed by BNP Paribas Real Estate since 2014.
