BNP Paribas Real Estate advises at the opening Converse brand stores in the prime shopping centres

Over the past two years consultants from the Retail Agency Department at the BNP Paribas Real Estate Poland advised Amersport Group in introducing one of the most recognized fashion brands in the world to a total of six leading shopping centres in Poland and the Czech Republic. The latest mono-brand store was opened in August and now counts amongst tenants of Złote Tarasy.

The unit in Złote Tarasy is the brand’s 10th mono-brand store now operating in Poland. Converse is using the new space to promote the CONVERSE BY YOU zone, which, as a result of combining the augmented reality technology and 3D mapping, enables customers to personalize the Chuck Taylor All Star model. Customers using the service are given the option to use their own design or one of the motifs provided by the brand. Once the design is selected, it is then printed on the shoes.

The other stores for which BNP Paribas Real Estate consultants take credit are located in Posnania, Manufaktura in Łódź, Kraków’s Serenada shopping centre, Riviera in Gdynia, as well as one of the most popular and largest retail complexes in the Czech Republic, i.e. the Chodov scheme in Prague.
