Hegen Polska is to settle in Panattoni Park Szczecin II

Hegen Polska, one of the leading online suppliers of domestic sports and recreation equipment, will be taking up in excess of 9 500 sqm of modern warehouse and office space in Panattoni Park Szczecin II. Experts at the Industrial and Logistics Department, BNP Paribas Real Estate, supported the client – operating at a European level, in finding the new location and during lease negotiations.

The move to the logistics complex located in Trzebusz near Szczecin, which is still under construction at the moment, is planned for the beginning of next year. The high quality of standard of the space within the scheme being currently developed by Panattoni Europe, as well as its excellent location on the outskirts of the city and close proximity to the sea port in Szczecin, played a key role when the decision to choose this particular park was made. Furthermore, the convenient links to the A6 motorway running to Berlin and the S3 expressway was also an important factor in making the decision. The new warehouse is to proactively support the growth strategy implemented by Hegen Polska with regard to the domestic and international markets.

The move to a high class logistics complex and consolidation of our existing locations is a natural step in implementing our ambitious growth strategy.
