BNP Paribas Real Estate Poland to commercialize three office buildings managed by GTC S.A.

The landlord representation team at BNP Paribas Real Estate Poland as the exclusive agent will be responsible for leasing vacant space in the Europlex and Irydion office buildings and the A building in the Wiśniowy Business Park complex.

Europlex is a 13-storey retail and office building with an area of more than 25 000 sqm, where its common areas have been modernized over the past few years. Irydion is an A class office building located at ul. Powązkowska in Żoliborz, while the A building in the Wiśniowy Business Park complex is the most visible office building with the best exposition in the park located at the junction of ul. Żwirki i Wigury and ul. 1 Sierpnia.

We are pleased to have enter into collaboration with Lonestar as regards commercialization of vacant space in the 3 diverse properties owned by them. Additionally, collaboration with an experienced investor and asset manager such as GTC S.A. will enable us to efficiently provide services of the highest quality to our clients, while our experience and a committed team dedicated to each of the buildings will warrant success in the leasing process.
