The Polish division of Econocom, a European company specialising in the digital transformation of organisations, has moved to its new office in the Spektrum Tower office building. The company is leasing a space of 350 sqm and was supported in the search process for the new location and the negotiations of transaction terms by experts from the Office Agency Department at BNP Paribas Real Estate Poland.
As far as the search for the new office for Econocom Polska was concerned, the key issue here was to carry out a detailed analysis of all potential locations with regard to the financial parameters, the technical aspects of the buildings, as well as the range of additional services offered that would meet the needs of the young and dynamically growing team at Econocom Polska
Adrian Bojczuk, Associate Director, Office Agency Department, BNP Paribas Real Estate Poland
Spektrum Tower is a building that presents tenants with a variety of opportunities. Its natural asset, deemed by Econocom Polska to be of great importance, is the excellent location with access to both public transport and all the amenities available in the heart of the city, i.e. restaurants, cafés and shops. The additional magnets attracting tenants to Spektrum Tower include a modern fitness club, a restaurant and a private health clinic. These aspects are of key significance for our client whose goal was to find a location that would be liked and appreciated by the company’s employees
Małgorzata Małecka, Consultant, Office Agency Department, BNP Paribas Real Estate Poland
Spektrum Tower suits our team's needs really well, while the lease terms negotiated meet Econocom's expectations. The results of the work carried out by BNP Paribas Real Estate Poland are there to seen in the form of a fully fitted out office presented to us as a turn-key project that fits our style, more digital friendly, as well as a significant improvement of the prevailing working conditions.
