The Danish brand that has been designing and manufacturing high quality furniture for more than 60 years signed a lease expansion for space on the ground floor of Kraków’s Diamante Plaza. Furthermore, BoConcept made the decision to extend its existing lease in the building owned by Aldesa, the leading Spanish development company. BNP Paribas Real Estate Poland has been in charge of leasing for Diamante Plaza for nearly a year now.
This is really wonderful news for us, particularly that BoConcept is one of our first tenants. We are truly delighted, even more so that over the many years we have collaborated on many other levels, to mention just the fact that the furniture to be found in the reception area of our complex came from the store of this world class brand

The additional space and the extended lease are a proof that BoConcept is happy at Diamante Plaza and this is where it wants to grow. There is no better credit to a place, particularly that we are now at a new stage, i.e. re-letting the office space. There are more than 7 000 sqm of modern office space, including 2 700 sqm available on just one floor, waiting for new tenants
