BNP Paribas Real Estate Poland introduces a tentant to Klif Tower


The new AVL Software and Functions (AVL) office on the 13th floor of the Klif Tower office building will take up more than 600 sqm of space. Experts from the office agency department at BNP Paribas Real Estate Poland represented the tenant in the lease term negotiation process.

The decision to settle on Klif Tower was dictated primarily by the location. Additionally, the landlord’s flexibility in terms of adapting the space to certain technical requirements also proved to be of importance to the client. An significant aspect of the client’s decision to choose this particular location was to secure the option to expand the office within the building

Klif Tower, with Agnieszka Sawicka of AEW as its asset manager, is Warsaw’s one of the most recognizable office buildings. The fifteen-floor tower located in the Wola district offers nearly 8 000 sqm of office space. Klif Tower’s location affords convenient access to the city’s main roads and public transport. It is worth noting that there are 4 Veturilo public bike stations located within a radius of 300 – 500 metres from the office building.
Another considerable benefit for the tenants is the direct proximity of the prestigious Dom Mody Klif shopping centre. The centre hosts boutiques and stores of renowned fashion, beauty and jewellery brands, as well as three cafés, a sushi restaurant, a self-service restaurant and a grocery store.
AVL, with its headquarters in Regensburg, specializes in the development of control systems for internal combustion, electric and hybrid motor units, as well as in the design of electronic systems used in electric motor units, internal combustion engines and gearboxes. The arguments presented by the company’s representatives for the decision to enter the Polish market at the end of 2015 were the continuously growing potential of the market and the extremely high skills held by Polish specialists.

According to the report by BNP Paribas Real Estate Poland, at the end of the 1st half of 2018 net office demand, including new leases and expansions of the space occupied so far, reached a record breaking 320 000 sqm.
