The modernisation works in the office part of Kupiec Poznański are coming to an end. In March the tenants of the building will be able to use the newly created reception, modernised lifts and lift halls. BNP Paribas Real Estate has advised the owner of the building in creation of the scope and details of the modernisation of the office part of the building.
The effect that we’ve received in the part of reception from Strzelecka Street is very satisfying and confirms that we have chosen the right path. I am sure that after finishing of all planned modernisation works, the comfort of the current occupiers of the building will definitely improve and the vacant office spaces will be filled with new tenants. There is no other office building in Poznań where the reception is only a few meters away from a tram stop.
