Stratego, a prosperous advisory company specializing in acquisition of EU funding and technology financing, will be moving to Warsaw’s Spektrum Tower office building. The organization, in its 10 years of operation, has obtained more than 2 billion PLN of EU funding for over 200 businesses and institutions. The area of the new office will be in excess of 200 sqm. Małgorzata Małecka and Magdalena Żochowska of BNP Paribas Real Estate Poland represented the tenant in the search for the new office and during lease negotiations.
It was thanks to the close and merit-focused collaboration with the client that we were able to efficiently complete the search for the new office. The very attractive and flexible lease terms and the office building’s excellent location were the factors that led to Stratego’s decision to go for Spektrum Tower. The move to CBD is perceived by many businesses and institutions as a natural step in their growth and an investment in establishing a befittingly prestigious image, which was also one of the factors that tipped the scale in favour of the chosen office building
Małgorzata Małecka, Consultant, Office Agency, BNP Paribas Real Estate Poland
Our collaboration with BNP Paribas Real Estate Poland enabled us to appraise a number of different scenarios and to ultimately choose a location that from our point of view was best suited for us. We are certain that the office building chosen by us will meet our expectations because of its convenient location near Warsaw’s metro. The high standard offered by the newly renovated building should be mentioned here, while its renown and recognizability are also not without importance
