EQlibrium is up on sale

EQilibrium office building located at Jana Kazimierza Street in Wola district in Warsaw is up on the sale. BNP Paribas Real Estate Poland experts are providing advice for the sale of the building.

Eleven-storeys building EQilibrium was opened in the first quarter of 2017. The property is a modern, A-class office space, whose high quality has been confirmed by Very Good level of BREEAM environmental construction certificate.
The total gross leasable area is over 10,000 sqm mostly of office space. The building is popular with tenants: it was fully leased before completion. Each storey was designed to enable easy and universal adaptation. The office space is served by 114 parking spaces distributed on 2-level underground parking.
EQlibrium is located at Jana Kazimierza Street in Warsaw in the dynamically developing part of Wola district. The property benefits from well-developed public transport with train stations, bus stops and planned tram line as well as good road connections by Prymasa Tysiąclecia, Wolska and Kasprzaka main roads.
BNP Paribas Real Estate has been selected as the exclusive agent responsible for support of the seller - Waryński S.A. Grupa Holdingowa.

A strong end of the year expected on the investment market

The total value of transactions on the domestic investment market at the end of 2017, taking into account the acquisitions completed in the first nine months and the estimated value of transactions in progress, may be about 15% higher from the record EUR 4.5 billion last year. HBK, asset manager of Direkt Invest Polen fund, finalized sale transaction of retail portfolio, comprising of seven existing properties as well as development lands for new projects. Master Management Group became new owner of the Portfolio. Total value of the transaction equals to ca. 60 mln EUR. The advisory process for the seller was held by BNP Paribas Real Estate Poland’s Capital Markets CEE team – Dr. Piotr Goździewicz, MRICS, Director and Rafał Proczek, Senior Consultant.
