Impressive Q3 for the Industrial & Logistics Department

Published

The third quarter of this year has been a time of growth and impressive results for the Industrial & Logistics Department at BNP Paribas Real Estate Poland. BNP Paribas Real Estate supported eMAG in leasing 32 500 sqm and thus participated in the largest warehouse lease transaction on Warsaw’s market. The transaction brought the share of lease transactions finalized by the agency in the total number of transactions completed on Warsaw’s market to 52%, putting it in the position of regional leader. Simultaneously, the objective for that period was to expand the team and new professionals were consequently brought onboard.

Iwona Kamińska and Daniel Soboń joined the team in the position of consultants. They are both experts in the field of commercial space leasing, with experience gained at renowned organizations. They will be responsible for advising tenants and property owners on matters relating to warehouse space leasing.

Strengthening and expanding the team represents another stage in implementation of the company’s growth strategy both in Poland and the CEE region. Daniel is a highly skilled professional, where his creative approach and ability to work successfully on the international arena will certainly translate into effective support for our clients. Iwona gained her professional experience working in sales and management at a number of financial institutions, and her expertise is of extreme importance for us.
