BNP PARIBAS REAL ESTATE has led to the conclusion of new leases in the Wilanów office complex, what resulted in the fact the BE FREE building is now 100% occupied and the vacancy of the BE THE ONE building has dropped from 100% to less than 5%.

The new leases for nearly 4 thousand square meters have been signed by 2 companies. The first one of them - a leader in security and fire protection systems – will move in from Platinium office park in the beginning of 2018. The second new tenant of the BE THE ONE office building, is New Work a new operator of instant offices and co-working spaces in Poland that opened the first location in Wilanów Office Park in November.

We are happy about such results achieved only within little longer than 12 months. Such quick pace of leasing was possible only due to the full implementation of the strategy recommended by us. However, at first the owner of the complex was reluctant to the changes and improvements suggested by our team, however the change of the building names and refreshment of the logo as well as introduction of a shuttle bus and creation of additional parking spaces, along with the start of an on-site kindergarden, has resulted with new leases and prolongations of current tenants

Wilanów Office Park is a complex consisting of 3 buildings: BE THE ONE (previously B1) and BE FREE (formerly B3) and the headquarters of Asseco Poland SA. BNP Paribas Real Estate Poland was responsible for marketing and leasing of the BE THE ONE and BE FREE buildings, that offer approx. 7 and 10 thousand square meters of rentable office space along with over 400 parking spaces.

Camaïeu to stay at Bitwy Warszawskiej street for longer


The Polish division of the renowned French brand has extended its existing lease for nearly 300 sqm of office space in the Bitwy Warszawskiej Business Center office building from the property portfolio owned by CA Immo. Małgorzata Małecka and Magdalena Żochowska from the Office Agency Department at BNP Paribas Real Estate Poland supported CAMAÏEU in the lease term renegotiation process.

BNP Paribas Real Estate strengthens its capital markets team
