Gemius SA move to D48

Gemius SA, a leading online research organization that for nearly 20 years has been measuring Internet users’ behaviour, leased more than 1 800 sqm GLA in the modern D48 office building. During the lease transaction Gemius S.A. was represented by consultants from BNP Paribas Real Estate Poland.

The new Gemius office will be located in a class A office building that offers a total of 26 000 sqm of leasable space. Retail and service units are available on the building’s ground floor. Construction of the building owned by Penta Investment started in December 2015 and it was completed in August this year.

We wanted the move to our new office to be smooth and efficient, which was the key determinant in our search for the new location. Another important criterion was the office layout within modern space. The projects executed by us require team work frequently involving staff from different areas of expertise and departments. I am certain that a modern office building such as D48 will enable us to utilize our potential even more effectively

stresses Piotr Ejdys, President of the Board at Gemius S.A.

The decision to change the office address after being present at one location for a decade is a step of strategic importance for all organizations. Therefore, we are all the more pleased to have been given the opportunity to support Gemius in this important process
