BNP Paribas Real Estate advised GoldenSubmarine on the choice of a new office

GoldenSubmarine, the interactive agency of 2017 (according to M&MP*), moved into the Grzybowska Park office building in Warsaw in mid-June. The company took up an area of approximately 450 sqm in the office building with a total usable area of 9 000 sqm.

The agents representing GoldenSubmarine during the consulting process and negotiation of lease terms were: Monika Wakulska, Senior Consultant, and Karolina Kacperska, Junior Consultant, from the Office Agency Department at BNP Paribas Real Estate Poland.

An important aspect when choosing a building, in addition to its location, was to protect the client as far as non-competition in the selected building is concerned. Thanks to the smooth cooperation with GoldenSubmarine and the landlord itself, as represented by Savills, we were able to conclude the lease agreement, and our client is now able to enjoy the new office in a class A building in the CBD

We appreciate the building’s close proximity to the centre of Warsaw and its boutique character. Thanks to the professional support and cooperation with BNP Paribas Real Estate, we were able to complete the move of our Warsaw branch office extremely efficiently
