Tomasz Skrzypek, active on the commercial property market for 11 years, has joined the BNP Paribas Real Estate Poland team in April.

Tomasz will be responsible for business development on the Kraków and Katowice markets. He gained his market expertise working for, amongst others, Emmerson, CBRE and Aldesa Polska. Additionally, his career so far included work for financial institutions operating on the capital market.

Expanding the regional structures and investing in regional competencies constitutes a key element of our strategy. We can see the great potential of the Kraków and Katowice regions, which is why we entrusted the mission of business development in this particular area to Tomasz Skrzypek. His experience and knowledge of the characteristics of those markets represent a great value that we would like to utilize and build upon

Tomasz Skrzypek graduated from the Faculty of Business Management at Wyższa Szkoła Zarządzania and Thames Valley University. Additionally, he holds a postgraduate degree in Real Estate Brokerage, Property Valuation and Property Management from AGH University of Science and Technology in Kraków.

In the first half of this year, the capital city of Lesser Poland became the second city in Poland, following Warsaw, where office stock exceeded 1 million sqm.
