BNP Paribas Real Estate represented one of the leading international logistics operators during a lease negotiation process in respect of a warehouse facility located in Pitesti in Romania. The design, construction and fit-out of the warehouse space for the new client will be fully tailored to meet his specific needs. The warehouse facility with its target area of 50 000 sqm will be located within the WDP Park Oarja-Pitesti logistics park.

The decision to choose the WDP Park Oarja-Pitesti logistics park was mostly influenced by factors related to location, i.e. close proximity to a production plant of one of the logistics operator’s key clients, availability of labour force, as well as the flexible and professional approach on the part of WDP who are to design and develop the facility for our client

Frigo Logistics and Longway Polska sign leases for Masovia

A logistics operator specializing in distribution of deep-frozen goods has leased nearly 1 200 sqm of deep-frozen warehousing space and 150 sqm of office space in the P3 Błonie logistics park. In turn, Longway Poland, the owner of the popular bicycle brand Karbon, has gone for Pruszkowskie Centrum Dystrybucyjne, where it will be taking up more than 1 400 sqm of warehouse space and 300 sqm of office and staff rest and refreshment space. Both of the above transactions were completed with the support of consultants from the Industrial and Logistics Department at BNP Paribas Real Estate Poland.
It will be a good second half of the year for the Bucharest office market
