The end of the first quarter in the Property Management Department was marked by a total of 7 recorded promotions. The key ones include the appointment of Michał Pszkit to the position of Head of Property Management, Adam Jaczyński to the position of Finance Director and Anna Muszyńska-Gniado to the position of Marketing Director. Over the first three months of 2017 the domestic portfolio managed by the company expanded to include 4 retail parks with the total area of 140 000 sqm owned by the Pradera.
The internal promotions within the property management department are a proof that we had made correct strategic assumptions as to investing into and developing competencies primarily within the business. - Michał Pszkit, previously holding the position of Operations Director, as Head of Property Management CEE will be responsible mainly for implementing the growth strategy for the property management business line in the Central and Eastern Europe region. Michał has been with BNP Paribas Real Estate Poland since October 2013. During his time with the company he oversaw the management of a portfolio of retail, office and logistics properties with more than 533 000 sqm of GLA.
- Adam Jaczyński is a well-known manager specializing in financial management and controlling. He has been active on the property market for 20 years now, during which time he was responsible for operations regarding the Arkadia and Wileńska shopping centres. He gained additional experience at Atrium European Real Estate, where he was responsible for supervising the financial aspects of operations of the shopping centres from the company’s portfolio.
- Anna Muszyńska-Gniado has been with BNP Paribas Real Estate Poland since 2010. She manages the brand and all marketing operations of the prestigious Dom Mody Klif in Warsaw, the Klif shopping centre in Gdynia, as well as Turawa Park in Opole and other retail parks owned by Pradera. So far, in her career in the property sector spanning 12 years, she worked on projects including the Manufactura shopping centre in Łódź, as well as marketing projects for the Apsis shopping centre and Wola Park in the capital city.
- Małgorzata Sęk has been the property manager for the Kazimierz Office Center building in Kraków since 2015. She additionally supervises the activities of property managers at Silesia Business Park A & B and Silesia Business Park C in Katowice. In March 2017 Małgorzata was promoted to the position of Senior Property Manager. Now the portfolio of schemes managed by Małgorzata expanded to include a retail park in Katowice owned by Pradera. Her responsibilities include monitoring of the properties’ technical condition, coordination of activities of property managers aimed at ensuring the proper and efficient functioning of properties and contacts with tenants.
- Magdalena Ossolińska has more than 10 years of experience in the property and finance sectors. As Credit Control Manager she will be responsible for cash flow monitoring for the properties managed.
- Justyna Gońda has been with BNP Paribas Real Estate Poland since 2014. She has more than 5 years of experience in finance within the property industry. She is responsible for property cash flow analyses and drafting reports enabling optimization of the company’s clients’ operations. She holds the position of Financial Analyst – Team Leader.
- Costin Nistor has been active on the Romanian property market for nearly 15 years. He manages two properties: the America House office building in Bucharest and the Promenada shopping centre located in Targu Mures. Costin, as Senior Property Manager, has been entrusted with the task of ensuring the comfort of occupiers in the properties managed and coordinating all activities relating to maintaining a good working condition of the properties.
